Our Return & Refund Policy Simple & Transparent

At HYPERMESH, your satisfaction matters to us. We put our best effort into delivering high-quality digital services, but since our work is custom-made, we have a few clear rules about refunds and revisions.


Refunds

  • Once a project has started or been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

  • Please make sure you’re fully happy with the service details before we begin.


Revisions

  • We want you to be satisfied with the result, so we provide reasonable revisions based on your service package.

  • If you’d like changes, please request them within 7 days of delivery.

  • Major changes, such as a complete redesign or new features outside the original scope, may require a new order.


When a Refund May Be Possible

In rare cases, we will consider a refund if:

  • We were unable to deliver the service at all.

  • A payment was made without your authorization (must be reported within 24 hours).

  • You request to cancel before we start working on your order.


Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before we start the project.

  • Once we begin, cancellations are not possible.

  • If we do not receive the required details from you within 7 days, we may cancel the order without a refund.
