At HYPERMESH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality digital services, and we stand by our work. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and modifications.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees once a project has been initiated, delivered, or completed.

However, we understand that each situation is unique. In reasonable and justified cases, we may offer store credits that can be used toward future services. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds or process payments back to bank accounts under any circumstances.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Revision & Modification Policy

  • We strive for customer satisfaction and provide reasonable revisions based on the service purchased.

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial work, you may request modifications within 7 days of delivery, depending on the service agreement.

  • Revisions do not include a complete redesign or changes beyond the original scope.

Exceptions to the Policy

A refund will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered at all due to an internal issue on our end.

  • There was an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (must be reported within 24 Hours).

  • A refund request is made before work has started on a custom order.

Service Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel an order before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellations are not accepted.

If the client fails to provide the required project details or respond within 7 days, the order may be canceled without a refund. Prior to cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client via email or other available communication channels.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide necessary information promptly to avoid delays or cancellations.
